This cottage cheese crisps recipe has gone viral on social media. No wonder, as it's made with only two ingredients, takes just five minutes to prepare and tastes divine. The crisps have a deliciously cheesy flavour, are nice and crunchy and rich in protein to boot. A "viral" snack that you simply must try!

Ingredients

for 12 pieces

Crisps
200 g plain cottage cheese
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Provençal spice mix
1 tsp universal seasoning (e.g. McCormick)

How it's done

Crisps

Place 12 portions of cottage cheese onto a lined baking tray, leaving plenty of room in between each one. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, herbs and seasoning.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 180 °C (convection). Remove, leave the crisps to cool on the tray.
