Cottage cheese crisps
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 200 g | plain cottage cheese |
| 1 tsp | sesame seeds |
| 1 tsp | Provençal spice mix |
| 1 tsp | universal seasoning (e.g. McCormick) |
How it's done
Crisps
Place 12 portions of cottage cheese onto a lined baking tray, leaving plenty of room in between each one. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, herbs and seasoning.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 180 °C (convection). Remove, leave the crisps to cool on the tray.
