Tomato and blackberry salad with burrata
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 | shallot, finely chopped |
| 1 | red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 600 g | beef tomatoes, thinly sliced |
| 125 g | blackberries, halved if necessary |
| 1 parcel | burrata piccola, halved if necessary |
| ½ bunch | basil, leaves torn off |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, combine the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.
Salad
Serve the tomatoes and blackberries with the burrata on a platter. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Garnish with basil and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
