Tomato and blackberry salad with burrata

Ingredients

for 4 person

Vinaigrette
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp liquid honey
shallot, finely chopped
red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
600 g beef tomatoes, thinly sliced
125 g blackberries, halved if necessary
1 parcel burrata piccola, halved if necessary
½ bunch basil, leaves torn off
a little  sea salt

How it's done

Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, combine the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Salad

Serve the tomatoes and blackberries with the burrata on a platter. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Garnish with basil and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
