Wraps with lamb's lettuce and tofu
Ingredients
for 4 pieces
| 2 tbsp | Maizena cornflour |
| 380 g | smoked tofu, cut into sticks approx. 1 cm thick |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 2 tbsp | sweet chilli sauce |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 ½ tbsp | rice vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
| 4 | whole-grain tortillas |
| 250 g | kimchi |
| 60 g | lambs' lettuce |
How it's done
Tofu
Empty the cornflour into a dish, toss the tofu sticks in the cornflour. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, add the tofu, fry for approx. 5 mins. all over.
Sauce
Mix the sweet chilli sauce with all the other ingredients up to and including the ginger, pour into the pan containing the tofu, mix.
To serve
Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Fill the tortillas with the kimchi, lamb's lettuce and tofu.
