A fantastic ramen experience that can be prepared in your own kitchen in just a few simple steps! All you need is a creamy broth, perfectly cooked noodles and crispy fried mince with a hot and spicy kick of chilli and garlic. Fresh spring onions and crunchy sesame seeds add the perfect finishing touch to this dish, which is bursting with intense flavours and exciting textures. Ingredients

for 4 portions

Soup
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
sunflower oil
garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tsp miso paste
1 ½ litre vegetable bouillon
75 g tahini (sesame paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Mince
2 tbsp chilli oil
400 g minced meat (beef)
garlic clove, chopped
Noodles
400 g precooked Ramen noodles, rinsed, drained
½ tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli oil

How it's done

Soup

Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the garlic and ginger. Add the miso, mix, pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Remove the pan from the hob, add the tahini, blend the soup. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Keep the soup warm.

Mince

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Brown the mince for approx. 3 mins. per batch. Return all the mince to the pan, add the garlic and fry briefly.

Noodles

Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions. Serve the noodles and mince with the soup in bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with oil.
