Honey nuts with strawberries
Ingredients
for 4 people
| ½ tbsp | butter |
| 3 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 100 g | hazelnuts (e.g. Fine Food Nocciola Piemonte IGP) |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 100 g | sour single cream |
| 1 dl | full cream |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 200 g | strawberries, in slices |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Honey nuts
Heat the butter in a small pan. Add the honey, heat through for approx. 1 min. Add the nuts, simmer for approx. 3 mins., stirring occasionally. Salt the nuts, spread onto a sheet of baking paper, leave to cool.
Cream
Place the sour single cream in a bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon, mix using the whisk on a mixer until the mixture becomes firm.
To serve
Divide the cream and strawberries between small bowls. Roughly chop the honey nuts and scatter them on top. Drizzle with honey.
