Radishes with wild garlic dip
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 bunch | wild garlic (approx. 20 g), roughly chopped |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 125 g | plain organic cream cheese |
| 1 bunch | radish, cut into slices approx. 4 mm thick |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| 1 tsp | vinegar |
| ¼ tsp | chilli flakes |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp | pine nuts, roasted |
How it's done
Wild garlic dip
Place the wild garlic, oil and water in a measuring cup, puree, season with salt. Set aside 1 tbsp of the mixture. Add the cream cheese to the remainder of the wild garlic, mix well, spread on a platter.
Radishes
In a bowl, mix the radishes with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, spread on top of the dip. Drizzle with the reserved wild garlic oil, sprinkle with the pine nuts.
