Kale salad with egg
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 ½ tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| a little | pepper |
| 100 g | washed, prepared kale |
| 2 | hard-boiled eggs, cut into pieces |
| 1 | pear, deseeded, cut into pieces |
| 30 g | almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Kale
In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the kale, mix, and knead well by hand.
To serve
Arrange the eggs, pear and almonds on the salad.
