Kale salad with egg

Ingredients

for 2 people

Kale
1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
a little  pepper
100 g washed, prepared kale
To serve
hard-boiled eggs, cut into pieces
pear, deseeded, cut into pieces
30 g almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Kale

In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the kale, mix, and knead well by hand.

To serve

Arrange the eggs, pear and almonds on the salad.
