Air-dried meat with mustard sauce
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tbsp | apricot jam |
| 3 tbsp | sour single cream |
| 2 pinch | salt |
| 90 g | Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices |
| ½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| 100 g | bread sticks |
How it's done
Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Spread the sauce on a platter.
To serve
Arrange the air-dried meat on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with the chives. Serve with the breadsticks.
