Air-dried meat with mustard sauce

Ingredients

for 4 person

Sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apricot jam
3 tbsp sour single cream
2 pinch salt
To serve
90 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices
½ bunch chives, finely chopped
100 g bread sticks

How it's done

Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Spread the sauce on a platter.

To serve

Arrange the air-dried meat on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with the chives. Serve with the breadsticks.
