Grilled prawns with yoghurt
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| ½ tbsp | Madras curry powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 400 g | unpeeled raw jumbo prawns (organic) |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | peanut butter, melted |
| ½ bunch | dill, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Yoghurt
Mix the yoghurt and curry in a small bowl, season with salt.
Prawns
Brush the prawns with oil.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the prawns over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Serve the prawns on a platter. Drizzle with the peanut butter, garnish with the dill, serve with the yoghurt.
