Strawberry tofu shake

Ingredients

for 4 person

Strawberry mixture
450 g strawberries, cut in half
2 tbsp maple syrup
100 g rolled oats
Shake
500 g silken tofu, cut into pieces
5 dl soya drink
50 g white almond cream
1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder
some  ice cubes
strawberries

How it's done

Strawberry mixture

Place the strawberries and maple syrup in a measuring cup, puree. Add the oats, mix, leave to absorb for approx. 10 mins.

Shake

Add the tofu to the strawberry mixture, puree again. Pour in the soya drink, add the almond butter and vanilla, puree again until the mixture is smooth. Place several ice cubes in each glass, fill the glasses with the shake, decorate with strawberries.
