Broccoli and cheese muffins
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 160 g | white flour |
| 140 g | wholemeal flour |
| 4 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | dried thyme |
| ½ tsp | garlic powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| pepper | |
| 2 ¼ dl | milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 100 g | broccoli, finely chopped |
| 100 g | grated Cheddar |
How it's done
Muffin mixture
In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Whisk together the milk and egg, pour in, mix. Mix in the broccoli and cheese. Transfer the mixture to the prepared muffin tin.
To bake
Approx. 18 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, leave the muffins to cool on a rack.
