Cherry and chia pudding

Ingredients

for 4 people

Chia mixture
1 ½ dl soya drink
400 g vegan yoghurt substitute nature (soya)
50 g chia seeds
Cherry puree
200 g frozen cherries, slightly defrosted
2 parcel vanilla sugar
To serve
4 tbsp peanut butter
40 g salted peanuts

How it's done

Chia mixture

Pour the soya drink, yoghurt substitute and chia seeds into a bowl, mix, leave to absorb for approx. 10 mins.

Cherry puree

Place the cherries and vanilla sugar in a measuring cup, puree.

To serve

Divide the cherry puree between the glasses. Top with the chia mixture and peanut butter, sprinkle with the peanuts.
