Cherry and chia pudding
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 ½ dl | soya drink |
| 400 g | vegan yoghurt substitute nature (soya) |
| 50 g | chia seeds |
| 200 g | frozen cherries, slightly defrosted |
| 2 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| 4 tbsp | peanut butter |
| 40 g | salted peanuts |
How it's done
Chia mixture
Pour the soya drink, yoghurt substitute and chia seeds into a bowl, mix, leave to absorb for approx. 10 mins.
Cherry puree
Place the cherries and vanilla sugar in a measuring cup, puree.
To serve
Divide the cherry puree between the glasses. Top with the chia mixture and peanut butter, sprinkle with the peanuts.
