Feta and date skewers
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 16 | Medjool dates, pitted |
| 120 g | feta, cut into 16 pieces |
| 4 | wooden skewers |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | chopped pistachios |
| 1 sprig | basil, finely chopped |
How it's done
Skewers
Stuff the dates with the feta, thread onto the skewers.
Electric/charcoal/gas grill
Grill the skewers on a table grill plate or over/on a medium heat (approx. 220 °C) for approx. 1 min. on each side.
To serve
Arrange the skewers on a platter, top with the pistachios and basil.
