Squash and bacon raclette
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | squash |
| 150 g | bacon strips, cut in half |
| 600 g | raclette cheese in slices |
| 4 sprig | sage, finely chopped |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Raclette
Place the squash and bacon in portions in the raclette pans, grill under the raclette grill for approx. 5 mins each. Spread the raclette cheese and sage on top, melt under a raclette grill for approx. 3 mins. Remove from the oven, season.
