Watermelon sticks with mozzarella dip
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | Mozzarellas di bufala (buffalo mozzarella) |
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 1 kg | watermelon, cut into approx. 1.5 cm sticks |
| ¾ tsp | Fine Food Piment d'Espelette AOC |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 1 | organic lime, use grated zest |
| 4 sprig | marjoram, leaves torn off |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Mozzarella dip
Place the mozzarella in a measuring cup, puree. Add the crème fraîche, mix, season with salt and pour into a small bowl.
Watermelon
Arrange the watermelon on a platter. Mix the piment d'Espelette and salt, sprinkle over, top with lime zest and marjoram. Serve with the mozzarella dip.
