Watermelon sticks with mozzarella dip

Ingredients

for 4 people

Mozzarella dip
300 g Mozzarellas di bufala (buffalo mozzarella)
100 g crème fraîche
¼ tsp salt
Watermelon
1 kg watermelon, cut into approx. 1.5 cm sticks
¾ tsp Fine Food Piment d'Espelette AOC
¼ tsp salt
organic lime, use grated zest
4 sprig marjoram, leaves torn off
a little  sea salt

How it's done

Mozzarella dip

Place the mozzarella in a measuring cup, puree. Add the crème fraîche, mix, season with salt and pour into a small bowl.

Watermelon

Arrange the watermelon on a platter. Mix the piment d'Espelette and salt, sprinkle over, top with lime zest and marjoram. Serve with the mozzarella dip.
