Gambas al ajillo
Ingredients
for 4 portions
| 8 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | dried chilli peppers |
| 3 | garlic cloves, sliced |
| 500 g | frozen prawn tail, peeled and raw (organic), defrosted, dabbed dry |
| ½ tsp | sea salt |
| ½ bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a wide frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli, sauté for approx. 30 seconds. Add the prawns, fry for approx. 1 min. on each side, season with salt, and serve. Garnish with the parsley.
