Parmesan onion crisps
Ingredients
for 4 portions
| 100 g | grated Parmesan |
| 2 | onions, cut into thin rings |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | dried oregano |
How it's done
Parmesan and onions
Spread the cheese evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with the onion rings, brush with oil, sprinkle with oregano.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove, allow to cool a little, cut into pieces.
