Baked feta with plums
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 250 g | plums, cut into wedges |
| 1 | onion, thinly sliced |
| ½ | red chilli pepper, cut into rings, deseeded |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | feta |
| 30 g | walnut kernels, coarsely chopped |
| ½ tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| 1 pinch | salt |
How it's done
Plums
Place the plums in the prepared dish along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, mix.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, place the feta on the plums, sprinkle the walnuts on top.
Approx. 10 mins. Remove. Combine the balsamic with all the other ingredients, drizzle over the feta. Plate up.
