Espresso granita
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 4 dl | strong espressos, hot |
| 80 g | sugar |
| ¼ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 1 tbsp | grappa |
| 1 dl | cream, beaten until stiff |
How it's done
Espresso granita
Mix the espressos with all the other ingredients up to and including the grappa, then let cool. Pour the liquid into a wide, flat stainless steel container, cover, and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., occasionally scraping the mixture with a fork until it becomes grainy.
To serve
Divide the granita into the pre-chilled glasses, spread whipped cream on top.
