Radish tzatziki
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 bunch | radish incl. green parts, coarsely grated, a few greens set aside |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 250 g | brown bread, cut into 8 slices, toasted |
How it's done
Radish tzatziki
Mix the radishes and salt, leave to absorb in a sieve for approx. 15 mins. Squeeze out the radishes well. Mix the yoghurt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into a small dish and drizzle with oil. Tear apart the reserved radish greens, garnish the tzatziki. Serve with the bread.
