for 4 people

Radish tzatziki
1 bunch radish incl. green parts, coarsely grated, a few greens set aside
½ tsp salt
150 g plain greek yoghurt
¼ tsp garlic powder
a little  pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
250 g brown bread, cut into 8 slices, toasted

How it's done

Radish tzatziki

Mix the radishes and salt, leave to absorb in a sieve for approx. 15 mins. Squeeze out the radishes well. Mix the yoghurt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into a small dish and drizzle with oil. Tear apart the reserved radish greens, garnish the tzatziki. Serve with the bread.
