Miso Espresso Martini

Ingredients

for 1 glass

Cocktail
½ tsp miso paste
½ dl espresso, chilled
3 cl vodka
4 cl coffee liqueur
some  ice cubes
To serve
coffee beans

How it's done

Cocktail

Mix the miso and espresso well until the miso has dissolved, then pour into the shaker. Add the vodka and coffee liqueur, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with the coffee beans.
