Ingredients

Grapes
300 g blue and white seedless grapes, cut in half
3 sprig rosemary, needles removed
½ tbsp Fine Food Nocellara del Belice Extra Virgin olive Oil
160 g Fine Food Pavé de Rougemont au goût de Truffe
To bake
2 tbsp Fine Food Monsanto d'Asti wine confit for cheese
To serve
200 g Fine Food Grissini al mais stiarti a mano
150 g Fine Food Salty Nut Mix
100 g Fine Food Manchego Gran Reserva
100 g Fine Food Tête de Moine Reserve AOP rosettes

How it's done

Grapes

Place the grapes, rosemary and oil in a bowl, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the cheese alongside.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, transfer the grapes to a bowl, add the confit, mix, allow to cool slightly.

To serve

Arrange the bread sticks and all the other ingredients on a platter with the hot cheese, serve immediately.
