Cheese board with grapes
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | blue and white seedless grapes, cut in half |
| 3 sprig | rosemary, needles removed |
| ½ tbsp | Fine Food Nocellara del Belice Extra Virgin olive Oil |
| 160 g | Fine Food Pavé de Rougemont au goût de Truffe |
| 2 tbsp | Fine Food Monsanto d'Asti wine confit for cheese |
| 200 g | Fine Food Grissini al mais stiarti a mano |
| 150 g | Fine Food Salty Nut Mix |
| 100 g | Fine Food Manchego Gran Reserva |
| 100 g | Fine Food Tête de Moine Reserve AOP rosettes |
How it's done
Grapes
Place the grapes, rosemary and oil in a bowl, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the cheese alongside.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, transfer the grapes to a bowl, add the confit, mix, allow to cool slightly.
To serve
Arrange the bread sticks and all the other ingredients on a platter with the hot cheese, serve immediately.
