Ingredients

Nectarines
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 pinch salt
nectarine, thinly sliced
Bruschetta
8 slice pagnol rustique artisanal, roasted
70 g soft goats' cheese
40 g cured ham in slices, torn into pieces
30 g rocket

How it's done

Nectarines

Whisk the balsamic, honey and salt in a bowl. Add the nectarines and mix.

Bruschetta

Spread the cream cheese over the slices of toast. Top with the cured ham, rocket and nectarine slices.
