Nectarine bruschetta
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 | nectarine, thinly sliced |
| 8 slice | pagnol rustique artisanal, roasted |
| 70 g | soft goats' cheese |
| 40 g | cured ham in slices, torn into pieces |
| 30 g | rocket |
How it's done
Nectarines
Whisk the balsamic, honey and salt in a bowl. Add the nectarines and mix.
Bruschetta
Spread the cream cheese over the slices of toast. Top with the cured ham, rocket and nectarine slices.
