Ham crostini with stracciatella

Total: 15 min. | Active: 15 min.

We've been taking it in turns with a few friends to host dinner, and we've been cooking and enjoying the most delicious meals. When it was our friend Ili's turn, she mentioned somewhat anxiously that she felt under a lot of pressure from our group. However, Ili – a native Italian – well and truly spoilt us with an apericena that put the rest of us to shame. She kicked things off with these wonderful ham crostini, for which she used mortadella. We all felt like we were in a bar in Milan. Meraviglioso!!
