Chocolate hummus
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 tin | chickpeas (approx. 210 g), rinsed and drained |
| 2 tbsp | maple syrup |
| ¼ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 50 g | vegan dark chocolate, melted |
| 2 tbsp | tahini (sesame paste) |
| 2 tbsp | almond drink |
| ½ tbsp | maple syrup |
| ½ tbsp | Cocoa Nibs |
How it's done
Hummus
Place the chickpeas in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the almond drink, puree.
To garnish
Place the hummus in a small bowl, top with maple syrup and cocoa nibs, serve immediately.
