Ingredients

for 4 people

Hummus
1 tin chickpeas (approx. 210 g), rinsed and drained
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp bourbon vanilla powder
50 g vegan dark chocolate, melted
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
2 tbsp almond drink
To garnish
½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp Cocoa Nibs

How it's done

Hummus

Place the chickpeas in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the almond drink, puree.

To garnish

Place the hummus in a small bowl, top with maple syrup and cocoa nibs, serve immediately.
