Melon iced matcha latte
Ingredients
for 9 dl
1 | Galia melon, peeled |
5 dl | oat drink |
2 tsp | matcha powder |
1 tsp | rice syrup, as desired |
How it's done
Melon
Halve the melon, remove the seeds, scoop out 12 balls using a melon baller. Cover and freeze the melon balls for approx. 2 hrs. Cut the remaining melon into pieces, cover and chill.
To puree
Pour the oat drink, matcha and syrup into a blender. Add the chilled melon pieces, puree. Divide the frozen melon balls between the glasses, pour in the matcha latte.
