160 g soft goats' cheese
40 g seed and nut mix, roasted
2 tbsp blossom honey
apricots, cut in half
¼ tsp chilli flakes

How it's done

Apricots

Combine the soft goat's cheese, seeds and honey, spoon into the apricot halves, sprinkle with the chilli flakes.
