Apricot and fresh cheese bites
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
| 160 g | soft goats' cheese |
| 40 g | seed and nut mix, roasted |
| 2 tbsp | blossom honey |
| 8 | apricots, cut in half |
| ¼ tsp | chilli flakes |
How it's done
Apricots
Combine the soft goat's cheese, seeds and honey, spoon into the apricot halves, sprinkle with the chilli flakes.
