Stromboli wrap

Ingredients

for 4 people

Sauce
120 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained
½  red chilli, cut into pieces
½ dl water
wheat tortillas
100 g Provolone , coarsely grated
150 g mozzarella, torn into pieces
Wraps
80 g salami in slices
150 g roasted peppers in oil, drained

How it's done

Sauce

Puree the tomatoes, chilli and water. Spread the sauce over the tortillas, top with the cheese.

Wraps

Place one tortilla in a non-stick frying pan without oil, cover and heat for approx. 2 mins. until the cheese has melted slightly. Remove, top with ¼ of the salami and pepper, roll up the tortilla. Prepare the remaining wraps in the same way.
