Stromboli wrap
Ingredients
for 4 people
120 g | dried tomatoes in oil, drained |
½ | red chilli, cut into pieces |
½ dl | water |
4 | wheat tortillas |
100 g | Provolone , coarsely grated |
150 g | mozzarella, torn into pieces |
80 g | salami in slices |
150 g | roasted peppers in oil, drained |
How it's done
Sauce
Puree the tomatoes, chilli and water. Spread the sauce over the tortillas, top with the cheese.
Wraps
Place one tortilla in a non-stick frying pan without oil, cover and heat for approx. 2 mins. until the cheese has melted slightly. Remove, top with ¼ of the salami and pepper, roll up the tortilla. Prepare the remaining wraps in the same way.
