Tarte flambée with cranberries
Ingredients
for 4 people
1 | tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle |
100 g | crème fraîche |
50 g | grated Parmesan |
50 g | cranberries, coarsely chopped |
½ tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
½ tbsp | olive oil |
2 pinch | salt |
a little | pepper |
100 g | red chicory, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Tarte flambée
Place the dough on a baking tray along with the baking paper, spread the crème fraîche on top. Sprinkle with the parmesan, top with the cranberries.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240 °C. Remove.
To serve
Whisk the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Mix in the chicory, arrange on top of the tarte flambée.
