Ingredients

for 8 pieces

To bake
200 g ciabatta bread, cut into 8 slices
Bruschetta
200 g Mascarpone-Gorgonzola
1 glass roasted peppers in oil (approx. 290 g), rinsed, drained
garlic clove, finely chopped
grapefruit, halved and sliced
¼ tsp sea salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

To bake

Place the slices of bread on a baking tray and bake for approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack.

Bruschetta

Spread the mascarpone and gorgonzola on the slices of bread. Mix the peppers and garlic, arrange on top along with the grapefruit, season.
