Bruschetta with grapefruit
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 200 g | ciabatta bread, cut into 8 slices |
| 200 g | Mascarpone-Gorgonzola |
| 1 glass | roasted peppers in oil (approx. 290 g), rinsed, drained |
| 1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
| 2 | grapefruit, halved and sliced |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
To bake
Place the slices of bread on a baking tray and bake for approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack.
Bruschetta
Spread the mascarpone and gorgonzola on the slices of bread. Mix the peppers and garlic, arrange on top along with the grapefruit, season.
