Ingredients

for 10 pieces

Dates
100 g feta, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
10  Medjool dates cut open lengthwise, pitted
To bake
½ tbsp liquid honey
2 sprig thyme, leaves torn off
40 g salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Dates

Place a cube of feta in the incision in each date and place in the prepared tin.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, serve the dates on a platter. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle the thyme and pistachios on top.
