Dates with feta
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
100 g | feta, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes |
10 | Medjool dates cut open lengthwise, pitted |
½ tbsp | liquid honey |
2 sprig | thyme, leaves torn off |
40 g | salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Dates
Place a cube of feta in the incision in each date and place in the prepared tin.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, serve the dates on a platter. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle the thyme and pistachios on top.
