Whipped cheese with black garlic

Ingredients

for 4 people

Whipped cheese
200 g soft cheese X
black garlic clove
To serve
1 tbsp olive oil
organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
a little  Micro Greens
¼ tsp pink peppercorn, crushed

How it's done

Whipped cheese

Puree the cheese and garlic in a food processor until creamy.

To serve

Plate up the cheese. Mix the oil with the lemon zest and juice, drizzle on top. Garnish with the micro greens and pepper.
