Pan con tomate
Ingredients
for 4 people
250 g | baguettes, in slices |
2 | garlic cloves, cut in half |
2 | tomatoes, finely grated |
100 g | pitted black olives, cut into thin rings |
½ tsp | smoked paprika |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
100 g | Fine Food Jamón Ibérico de Bellota Reserva, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Bread
Rub the garlic into the slices of baguette.
Topping
Mix the tomatoes and olives, season. Top the slices of bread with the tomato and olive mixture and the ham.
