Ingredients

Bread
250 g baguettes, in slices
garlic cloves, cut in half
Topping
tomatoes, finely grated
100 g pitted black olives, cut into thin rings
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
100 g Fine Food Jamón Ibérico de Bellota Reserva, torn into pieces

How it's done

Bread

Rub the garlic into the slices of baguette.

Topping

Mix the tomatoes and olives, season. Top the slices of bread with the tomato and olive mixture and the ham.
