Baked beans on toast
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 80 g | diced bacon |
| 1 | onion, cut into thin slices |
| 1 tin | white beans in tomato sauce (approx. 400 g) |
| 150 g | brown bread, in 4 slices, toasted |
| 100 g | ricotta |
| ½ bunch | parsley, roughly chopped |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Bean topping
Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy, without adding any oil. Add the onion, fry for approx. 3 mins. Reduce the heat, add the beans, mix, simmer for approx. 2 mins.
Serve
Spread the beans on the slices of bread. Top with the ricotta and parsley, season.
