Grape and cheese balls
Ingredients
for 22 pieces
| 40 g | walnut kernels, finely chopped |
| 100 g | cream cheese, plain or soft goat's cheese |
| 100 g | semi-hard cheese, finely grated |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 130 g | blue and white seedless grapes (approx. 22 pieces) |
How it's done
Nuts
Dry-roast the nuts in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins, stirring constantly. Transfer the nuts to a plate, leave to cool.
Balls
Mix the cream cheese with the cheese, season. Carefully wrap the grapes in the cheese, roll in walnuts. Cover and chill the little balls for approx. 30 mins.
