Marinated feta gift jar

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Oil
3 dl olive oil
1 dl sunflower oil
garlic cloves, sliced
red chillies, finely chopped
Feta
400 g feta X
4 sprig rosemary, cut in half
4 tsp preserved red peppercorns, finely chopped

How it's done

Oil

Place the oil in a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, heat gently. Remove the pan from the heat, leave to cool.

Feta

Transfer the feta, rosemary and pepper to the clean, prepared jars. Pour the oil on top so that the feta is covered with oil. Seal the jars tightly, keep in the fridge.
