Ingredients

Cocktail
5 cl Havana Club 7 Anos Rum
1 ½ dl ginger beer
2 cl cranberry juice
sugar cubes
Serve
2 cm ginger, sliced lengthwise
1 tbsp dried cranberry

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the sugar, bring to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a tea glass.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with slices of ginger and cranberries.
