Stracciatella di burrata
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tbsp | honey |
| 2 tbsp | tomato puree |
| 1 | red chilli, cut into thin rings |
| 1 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 150 g | burrata |
How it's done
Dressing
Heat the oil, honey, tomato puree and chilli in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the balsamic, leave to infuse for approx. 10 mins.
Stracciatella
Halve the burrata, transfer to a platter, crush gently with a fork. Drizzle the dressing on top.
