Corn cobs with bacon topping

Ingredients

Charcoal/gas/electric grill
corn cobs
1 tbsp olive oil
bacon strips
Topping
4 tbsp crème fraîche
spring onion incl. green part, cut into thin rings
1 tsp smoked paprika

How it's done

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

Brush the corn cobs with oil, place on the grill. With the lid down, grill the corn cobs and rashers of bacon over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 10 mins., turning occasionally. Serve the corn cobs on a platter.

Topping

Cut the bacon into thin strips. Spread the crème fraîche on top of the corn cobs. Sprinkle with the bacon, spring onions and paprika.
