Saganaki
Ingredients
for 4 person
60 g | water |
60 g | white flour |
400 g | feta |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | liquid honey |
2 tbsp | sesame seeds |
1 | organic lemon, cut into wedges |
How it's done
Crumb coating
Place the water and flour in two deep dishes. Dip the feta in the water, then toss it in the flour. Repeat this step two more times.
Fry
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the feta over a medium heat for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve
Plate up the feta, drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, serve with the lemon wedges.
