World Cup tear and share bread
Ingredients
for 1 bread
| 200 g | ham slices, finely chopped |
| 150 g | cream cheese (e.g. Boursin) |
| 2 tbsp | cream |
| a little | cayenne pepper |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 4 tbsp | black sesame seeds |
| 1 tbsp | white flour |
| 800 g | pizza dough |
| a little | water |
How it's done
Mixture
Place the ham, cream cheese and cream in a bowl, season, mix.
To shape
Empty the sesame seeds and flour into two shallow dishes. Divide the dough into 16 pieces, flatten the dough, place approx. 1 tbsp of the mixture in the middle, fold in the sides, shape into balls. Dip 6 balls into a little water and then roll in the sesame seeds. Toss the remaining balls in the flour. Transfer all of the balls to the prepared tin.
To bake
Approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven, place on a cooling rack and leave to cool in the tin.
