Thai nut mix
Ingredients
for 300 g
| 2 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| 1 tbsp | red curry paste |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| 300 g | macadamia nuts |
How it's done
Nuts
Mix the oil, curry paste, honey and fleur de sel in a bowl. Add the nuts, mix well, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roast
Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C, stirring the nuts with a wooden spoon halfway through. Remove, leave the nuts to cool on the tray.
