Olive and cream cheese nibbles
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 | garlic cloves, sliced |
¼ tsp | dried thyme |
8 slice | crispbread |
150 g | cream cheese |
50 g | olive paste |
100 g | salad mix |
50 g | pitted green olives, cut into rings |
2 tbsp | crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream) |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Garlic
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and thyme, fry for approx. 5 mins. until crispy. Remove the pan from the heat.
Crispbread
Spread the cream cheese and olive paste onto the crispbread. Add the lettuce. Top with the olives, garlic and garlic oil, drizzle with balsamic, season, serve immediately.
