Crunchy seasoned bread

Ingredients

for 2 person

Bread cubes
1 tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp liquid blossom honey
a little  Tasmanian pepper
300 g bread, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes

How it's done

Bread cubes

Mix cardamom and all ingredients up to and including pepper in a bowl. Add the bread cubes, mix well, spread on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

To bake

For approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150 °C. Remove, allow the bread cubes to cool slightly.
