How it's done
Stewed plums
Mix the plums, sugar and rosemary in a pan, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins. until just soft, set aside.
Cheese
Remove the cheese from the packaging, place it back in the wooden box, make diamond-shaped incisions across the top of the cheese. Place the garlic in the incisions. Mix the honey, rosemary and pepper, drizzle over the top.
Bread rolls
Cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Mix the oil with the lemon zest, lemon juice and the reserved rosemary, season. Spread the rosemary oil over the rolls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the wooden box alongside.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, serve the cheese with the bread rolls and stewed plums.
