Vegan tzatziki
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 | cucumber, halved lengthwise, deseeded, roughly grated |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 250 g | vegan yoghurt substitute nature (soya) |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Vegan tzatziki
Mix the cucumber and salt, leave to absorb in a sieve for approx. 20 mins. Squeeze the cucumber well, mix with the soya yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and oil in a bowl, season.
