Apricots
80 g	apricots, cut into small pieces
1 dl	white wine
some	ice cubes

Spritzer
1 dl	sparkling mineral water
1 sprig	thyme
½	apricot, cut into wedges

How it's done

Apricots

Puree the apricots and wine, pass through a sieve into a glass. Add ice cubes to the glass.

Spritzer

Pour in the sparkling mineral water. Decorate the cocktail with thyme and apricots.
