Rosemary and parmesan crackers
Ingredients
for 8 person
2 | rolls of pasta dough (approx. 250 g) |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
80 g | Parmesan, coarsely grated |
½ bunch | rosemary, finely chopped |
a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Crackers
Roll out the pasta dough, brush both sides with oil. Sprinkle the parmesan, rosemary and salt on both sides. Cut the pasta dough into strips approx. 3 cm wide, place on two baking trays lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 5 mins. in an oven preheated to 240°C (convection). Remove from the oven, leave to cool completely on a rack.
