Rosemary and parmesan crackers

Ingredients

for 8 person

Crackers
rolls of pasta dough (approx. 250 g)
3 tbsp olive oil
80 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
½ bunch rosemary, finely chopped
a little  sea salt

How it's done

Crackers

Roll out the pasta dough, brush both sides with oil. Sprinkle the parmesan, rosemary and salt on both sides. Cut the pasta dough into strips approx. 3 cm wide, place on two baking trays lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 5 mins. in an oven preheated to 240°C (convection). Remove from the oven, leave to cool completely on a rack.
