Bread chips with feta dip
Ingredients
for 8 person
200 g | vegan feta substitute |
140 g | vegan almond yogurt |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
2 tbsp | water |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
200 g | pagnol rustique artisanal xx |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
5 sprig | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | sea salt |
How it's done
Feta dip
Place the feta in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, puree.
Bread chips
Place the slices of bread side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix the oil, parsley and garlic, spread the mixture over the bread, season with salt.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, serve with the feta dip.
