Sun-dried tomato and cinnamon hummus

Ingredients

for 4 person

Pita chips
200 g pita breads, cut into triangles
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic clove, squeezed
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Hummus
1 tin chickpeas (approx. 240 g), rinsed and drained
100 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained
¾ dl water
3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt

How it's done

Pita chips

Mix the bread, oil, garlic, cinnamon and salt on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Hummus

Place the chickpeas in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, puree. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, serve with the pita chips.
